This automatic wine column is designed to serve wine in the correct, checked quantity from wine casks (Bag in Box). The customer is always given the correct quantity, chilled or not. Fetching and uncorking bottles is no longer necessary. There is no wastage and the customer is served immediately. The number of drinks actually taken can be compared with the number of units sold at any time.
