ABC

The ETC ‘All Bottle Control’ (ABC) system is designed for the controlled and measured delivery of most spirits and aperitifs (not for syrupy products such as Baileys).
The system consists of a processor component, an activating ring and coded pourers that work on the basis of the magnetic valve principle.
There are seven different codes for these ABC pourers, which can be linked to the seven groups into which we subdivide spirits and aperitifs.
As all these pourers are sealed beforehand in the stock room, it is impossible to pour drinks uncontrolled and unnoticed without this being registered.

In contrast to mechanical measuring systems, the ABC system can be set to anywhere between 0 and 20 cc.

It is possible to assign 4 measures to each pourer.

After the first measure has been poured, the second one can be requested straight away without having to wait for the measuring unit to fill up again.

All bottles are pre-sealed, which makes it impossible to pour unregistered amounts.

The product remains recognisable and manipulations such as juggling are ruled out.

The system can be installed on a wall, on a stainless steel base or attached to a serving tray with a support bracket.

We distinguish seven groups in spirits and aperitifs and three measures are available in each group (S-M-L).
